Shipping policy

We deliver across Ghana from our shop at Rovis Arcade, Spintex Road, Accra.

Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on Sundays or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day. We call every customer to confirm the order and delivery location before dispatch, so please make sure the phone number on your order is correct.

Greater Accra — GHS 40
Delivered within one business day, usually the same day for orders placed before 2pm, by Bolt, Yango or Speedaf rider. Pay by cash or mobile money on delivery.

Rest of Ghana — GHS 70
Delivered within 1–2 business days to your nearest parcel office (FedEx, STC, VIP or O.A. parcel offices). Orders outside Greater Accra are paid by mobile money before dispatch; the payment details are shown on your order confirmation page when your order is confirmed.

Free delivery
Delivery is free on all orders over GHS 1000, anywhere in Ghana.

Pickup
Choose Pickup at checkout to collect free of charge from our shop inside Rovis Arcade, Spintex Road, Accra (beside Zenith Bank, GPS G6-165-3185). Orders are usually ready within two hours of confirmation, during working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9am–4pm.

International
We do not ship outside Ghana at the moment.
