How to use

Essence: after cleansing and toning, apply a few drops to the face and neck and pat in gently. Follow with moisturiser.

Retinol cream: in the evening, at the moisturiser step, apply a rice-grain amount to each area of the face. Start with every other evening, then use it nightly once your skin is used to it. Mild tingling, redness or flaking can happen at first; use it less often if this continues. Do not use it at the same time as vitamin C, benzoyl peroxide or AHA/BHA exfoliants, and wear sunscreen every morning.

Patch test before first use. Avoid the retinol cream during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
